If you do not like your product for any reason (size, color etc.) you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned products and the customer pays for return shipping. The product must be in an unused condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please contact us to receive a return authorization and ship to address. Returns without a return authorization will be refused. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A credit or refund will be issued after receipt of the item less the return shipping and %25 restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Product must be repacked in its original packaging including interior packing. We cannot accept any returns that are not in the original packaging.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Requests for refunds or exchanges after product receipt are subject to approval on a case by case basis under the discretion of Isle Design Co. Most product lines are hand made. Sizes are approximate. Color variations and imperfections are the characteristics of hand craftsmanship. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store but we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos of the box and item(s) to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
